I’m Nancy Cormack, a top real estate agent in SouthWestern Ontario. Having grown up and currently residing in Lorne Park, I have a particularly commanding knowledge of sought-after markets in Mississauga and Oakville, including Lorne Park, Mineola, Port Credit, Streetsville, Sherwood Forest, Southeast Oakville, and Clearview.

Entrepreneurial from a young age, I have always felt drawn to service-focused businesses and interpersonal working relationships. My earliest jobs were in food services, including managing restaurants. After having my girls, I gravitated to real estate. I prefer to be actively engaged, embracing complex days filled with twists and turns. The demands of buying and selling homes—and doing it right—was a perfect fit. I quickly differentiated myself in the market through exceptional client service.

Deeply committed to my clients, I know well the satisfaction that comes from understanding their goals and then exceeding their expectations.

After many years of earning my stripes working with two top-tier real estate teams over a 15-year period, I climbed the ranks and built my reputation with a proven track record. I am now happily pursuing my entrepreneurial passions in having created my own real estate platform.

Large teams seek ever more listings, with service being lost along the way. High volumes may be good for agents, but clients can get lost in the shuffle. I know that the best results for clients are achieved by focusing on each family, to personalize and appreciate their needs, and to dedicate time and resources needed for an optimal outcome.

My business plan is simple: Make each client feel that their sale or purchase is my highest priority.

I don‘t pass off clients to a “point person,” don’t rush a transaction that isn’t ideal, and invest generously in learning every detail—I know the client, the house, the neighbourhood, the options. This formula has propelled me forward as a leading real estate agent and resulted in clients that are as devoted to me as I am to them.
