I’m Nancy Cormack, a top real estate agent in SouthWestern Ontario. Entrepreneurial from a young age, I have always felt drawn to service-focused businesses and interpersonal working relationships. My earliest jobs were in food services, including managing restaurants. After having kids, I gravitated to real estate. I prefer to be actively engaged, embracing complex days filled with twists and turns. The demands of buying and selling homes—and doing it right—was a perfect fit. I quickly differentiated myself in the market through exceptional client service.

After many years of earning my stripes working with two top-tier real estate teams over a 15-year period, I climbed the ranks and built my reputation with a proven track record. I am now happily pursuing my entrepreneurial passions in having created my own real estate platform.

I don‘t pass off clients to a “point person,” don’t rush a transaction that isn’t ideal, and invest generously in learning every detail—I know the client, the house, the neighbourhood, the options.
